1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received

  • Unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label

Important:
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any return-related queries, feel free to contact us.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

We also do not accept returns on:

5. Exchanges

To quickly receive the item you want, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, placing a new order for the replacement

6. European Union – 14-Day Return Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you regarding the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed

Note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
